What you receive
A complete file from the first mailing: cadastral plan, exact area, PAG zoning, presence or absence of a PAP, known constraints, occupancy situation and the seller’s expectations. No "confidential property" without an address or a surface.
A single point of contact on the seller’s side, a submission deadline announced in advance, and a clear answer — including when it is a no.
What we expect
Written, costed offers that hold, with conditions precedent stated plainly. A private seller will accept a delay readily if it is announced from the outset; a renegotiation three months later goes down badly.
What we are looking for
- Buildable plots from 4 ares, with an existing or future PAP
- Older houses and buildings for demolition or restructuring
- Groups of adjoining parcels in HAB-1 and HAB-2 zones
- Plots with densification potential around the capital
- Commercial and mixed-use sites along the main axes
