Data collected

We process only what you send us voluntarily through our forms: name, e-mail address, telephone number, the address of the property concerned and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request and, where applicable, to market your property. The legal basis is your consent together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor rented. Under a sales mandate, information about the property — not your personal contact details — is shared with the developers approached.

Retention

Requests without follow-up are deleted no later than twenty-four months after the last contact. Files that led to a transaction are kept for the statutory accounting and property-law periods.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. Write to info@landbrokers.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
